These Terms of Service govern your use of www.marcellise.com and purchases from Marcellise. “Marcellise,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Archiify Prints Tech Limited, Business Registration Number 76333720, Room 2502B, 25/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong SAR. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction or use the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, patterns, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, printed-pattern placement, and normal manufacturing variations may cause minor differences between website images and the product received.
Printed-pattern placement may vary between individual garments. These normal variations do not affect rights relating to products that are materially misdescribed, defective, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality under applicable law.
Product availability may change without notice. We may limit available quantities where reasonably necessary, but legally required information will be provided before purchase.
Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the selected market. Exchange rates, market pricing, promotions, and taxes may cause prices to differ between countries.
The price displayed at checkout before you submit the order is the price charged, excluding any import charges clearly disclosed as not included.
Where required by law, taxes collected by Marcellise will be displayed at checkout. Other import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or clearance charges may be payable by the recipient as described in our Shipping Policy.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, inventory unavailability, delivery restrictions, or a legal requirement.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount collected to the original payment method. We will not cancel an order merely to avoid a mandatory consumer obligation.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and third-party payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
Processing times, estimated transit times, shipping charges, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delivery limitations are described in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. This does not remove any obligation imposed by applicable law when an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or cannot be supplied.
Risk of loss or damage transfers only at the time provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers shipping risk to a consumer earlier than the law permits.
Eligible unused and unworn products with their original tags attached may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Return eligibility, withdrawal rights, return shipping responsibility, remedies, refund timing, and cancellation procedures are governed by that policy.
Mandatory consumer rights in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Japan, the United States, and other applicable jurisdictions remain unaffected.
Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
We may change or withdraw a promotion prospectively. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Free-shipping thresholds are calculated using the qualifying merchandise subtotal displayed at checkout.
If you submit a review, photograph, video, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant Marcellise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, translate, and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy, intellectual-property, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, misleading, or infringing. We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.
The website, Marcellise brand elements, product artwork, photographs, graphics, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Marcellise and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
Our website may provide access to tools or services operated by independent third parties. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply to those services.
We do not control independent third-party tools. However, this provision does not exclude or limit any responsibility that applicable law places on Marcellise.

We are not responsible for an independent third-party website merely because it is linked from our website. This does not limit obligations that applicable law places on Marcellise in connection with your order.
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product descriptions, or inaccurate availability information.
We may correct errors and update information. Where reasonably necessary, we may reject or cancel an order affected by a material and obvious error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
This section does not permit us to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
We will provide products and operate the website with the level of care required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or rights relating to defective, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made for personal consumer use.
